Happy New Year!
I hope 2023 is winding her way into your heart with some joy and grace. I know 2022 was a challenging year for so many, including me and my sweet family.
My wish is that this year somehow brings some relief to all the things we are facing. I know so many things are out of our control, and yet, here we are with an opportunity to reset our minds and hearts with hope.
To that end, today I wanted to give you my Vision Your New Year ritual that I’ve been doing for decades with my clients, retreat participants and family and loved ones. It will give you:
- a process to follow to help you create a new year vision with intention
- clarity on what you REALLY desire for 2023
- a New Year Declaration, or theme, for the year that you can use as your North Star
