I celebrated my 50th birthday on November 2nd last year. It was a big one that left me pondering so many things (AKA a mid-life crisis turned mid-life awakening).
A question keeps bubbling up in my heart, “What makes a good life?”
As a life and leadership coach, I look at the big questions like this with my clients all the time.
We investigate what truly matters to make sure your daily life aligns with what you deeply value.
So that when you take your last breath, no matter the struggles, failures and disappointments, you know you’ve lived a good life.
Perhaps a way to begin this exploration is to look at the following questions:
- How do you define a good life?
- What and who matters most to you?
- How does (or doesn’t) your daily life align with what you value most?
- What do you want to be remembered for?
- How can you give yourself, and others, more grace and forgiveness?
Why not take out a journal today and ponder some of these questions? I like to think of it as a soul check in, a way to deeply connect with your truth and make sure you’re on track for the life you were meant to live.
If you’d like to explore the bigger, deeper questions with a coach by your side, I’d love to connect with you to see if I can be of service.
Applications for the private coaching spots I’ve opened up are due tomorrow, Jan. 30th. I only opened up 5 spots in my private practice. Perhaps one of them is for you?
If you’d like to apply, simply go here to fill out the short application. If I feel like I might be of service to you creating a good life, a career that you adore, and a personal life that makes your heart sing, then we’ll hop on a call to connect and see if we’re a match.
I’ve been so deeply honored by the souls that have applied. It’s a true joy to work with such inspiring, deep, kind-hearted women leaders.
To you living a good life,
