Feel like crap? Do these two things now…

I don’t know about you, but there is a lot of folks I know and love, including myself some days, that have been feeling BLAH as of late. Feeling grumpy, frustrated, disappointed, agitated.

How about you?

If you you are feeling any of those things, I made a quick video to help you bust through the yuck and step back into your power.

Two things you can do today to reset your mood:

  1. Get outside and move your beautiful body: being in nature and out in the world helps! Go walk around the block. Hop on the kids trampoline. Run on your favorite trail. Do a dance party.
  2. Help someone else: what can you do to be of service to another human? Help your child with their school project? Put money into a stranger’s parking meter? Help your colleague with a project? Remind your soul of how valuable you are.
