I tuned 51 yesterday!

I spent the day in a way that brings me joy and I wanted to share my birthday ritual with you.

I began the morning with snuggles and cuddles with my tween, teen, husband, and sweet pup. Followed by a delish breakfast of huevos rancheros (my fav!).

Then I went off for an Inner Wisdom hike to commune with myself and see what my Inner Wisdom wanted to share. I made a video from the hike for you:

My birthday ritual

I reflect on the following:

• What disappointments and failures occurred this year? (I then process these losses so I can give myself the gift of a clean slate.)
• What wins and triumphs occurred this past year? (Writing these down allows me to acknowledge and celebrate them!)
• What lessons did I learn that I want to bring with me into my next year? (I make sure to carry with me growth and joy).
• What are my deepest desires for the year ahead? (I look at the areas of my life such as family, career, wealth, health and more and allow my desires to bubble up!)

I journaled about all the above on my hike under the trees. It soothed my soul.
