My favorite people do this. Do you?

Hello Dearest One,

First, thank you so much for all the positive feedback on my brand new website. I so appreciate the love and support.

Second, I was thinking the other day about what the common thread is with humans I love hanging out and working with. I looked at my children, at myself, at my beloved friends and family, and at my incredible clients.

One tool and skill really stood out; self-reflection.

My favorite people are people who take a good, solid look at themselves on a regular basis. They reflect on how they can be a better human in our ever-changing and challenging world. They look at how they can fully show up. They look at how they can be of deeper service.

In short, they are growth seekers and truth tellers.

Let me be clear, self-reflection isn’t the same as self-criticism. It’s about meeting yourself with love and compassion and noticing your growth edges, the places that are calling you forth to become who you came here to be.

So, what about you?

Do you take time to self-reflect?

Perhaps you journal, work with a therapist or coach, meditate, and/or move your body, all in service of discovering the mysteries that lie within. You’re growing and stretching to become who you truly want to be.

Do you take stock, do a soul check-in, to make sure you’re in alignment and in integrity with yourself?

When you make a mistake, big or small, do you see it as a learning opportunity? Instead of beating yourself up, do you look for the lessons learned and notice what you’ll do differently next time?

If I can be of service to you as a coach to help you go into deeper self-reflection so you can be who you really want to be and live a life you adore, I’d be honored to explore working privately together.

If you feel like you may want to coach with me anytime this year, now is the perfect time to apply, even if you want to start later in the year. I only take about 10-12 private clients per year and I already have 4 clients in my practice so spots will fill up.

May we all take time to reflect, grow, learn, explore, and create ourselves time and time again.

To your self-reflection,
