I’ve been a leadership, executive, and life coach for over two decades now, which means I’ve had the honor of witnessing amazing people, from all walks of life, drop the mask and tell the truth about what’s going on in their lives.

All too often I’ve been with a client as they share that they somehow woke up in the wrong life.

Some clients realize that they never actually wanted to have a career in medicine/law/teaching (fill in the blank). It was actually their parent or society’s dream for them and they did what they thought they SHOULD do.

Other ambitious clients have an intense career, working all hours of the day, and wake up to find that they are suddenly nearing or at mid-life and they never created space for a personal life.

Others wake up to the fact that they are in the wrong marriage or relationship, feeling unmet and unfulfilled. Often times they realize their relationship felt “right” all those years ago because it was a familiar toxic childhood pattern playing out in their adult life.

Other clients feel like so much is right in their life, but their plates are so full they feel like they can’t breathe, let alone enjoy the wonderful life they’ve created.

I listen and hold space as they truth tell. And then the magic of coaching begins…

We work to clarify what really matters and then we create an action plan to create the right life. A life that is deeply in alignment. A life that is the one they were meant to live.
