The Wake-Up Call Show: YES or NO?

Dear One,

I’m soooo jazzed because tomorrow I’m off to co-lead, alongside Christine Arylo and Shiloh Sophia, a 4-day visioning retreat with 30 Great Women. We’re going to vision, mastermind, heart-storm, paint and more. YUMMY!! (Want a taste of a breakthrough retreat with me? Check out the Inner Wisdom Golden Circle feminine power program that is open for applications now!)

Today, I want you to look at what it is you will START doing and what you will STOP doing in 2013. Make a declaration of your YES’s and NO’s to honor your STAND, to help you feel good, to call forth who you want to BE and magnetize what you WANT.

Here is my list:NO

In 2013 I say NO to:
-self-abandoning so that others will “like” me
-the “I’m not doing enough or contributing enough” Big Fat Lie
-stories and patterns that are blocking me

In 2013 I say YES to:
-healthy boundaries that promote time with my daughter, friends and family
-sacred space to day dream, journal, rest & play
-knowing my value and worth..and stepping deeper into SERVICE with my Great WorkYES
-runs, hikes, and more love!

What do you say YES to and NO to? Let me know below.

With unstoppable enthusiasm and great love,

  1. This fresh new year I am saying a BIG HUGE YES to serving, teaching, guiding Sister Goddesses in listening to their intution and acting (with courage) to achieve their wildest dreams.

I’m also saying YES to surprising extraordinary opportunities and getting out of my comfort zone (like a new radio show, crazy fun!)

I also intend on doing one completely new thing every week (has to be fun, maybe challenging “thing” but it won’t be bunge jumping)

I’m saying YES to learning to cook amazingly tasty & healthy gourmet food, yay!

I’m saying no to Goblins (those nasty thoughts that want to sabotage me)

I’m saying no party poopers: if you are not a positive uplifting in my life we can’t be friends.

I’m saying no to electronic devices on Sundays

  2. Math Help says:

Thanks for every other informative web site. Where else could I am getting that type of information written in such an ideal method? I’ve a project that I am just now working on, and I have been at the glance out for such information.

  3. Taiwanda says:

Thanks for sharing your Yes and Nos with us! This year, I’m saying Yes to devoting time to writing and other things that I love, and I’m saying No to doing things that I’m not passionate about that lead to me neglecting what I have said Yes to.

  4. Cathy says:

In 2013 I am saying YES to:
    -New ways of doing things
    -Letting people in
-Showing people who I truly am
    -Laughter
    -Finding new like minded companions

In 2013, I’m saying NO to and release:
    -Undervaluing my work and myself
-Beating myself for not being at the gym everyday
    -One-way relationships
    -Settling for less

  5. Deirdre says:

Inspired by your yes/no boards, I said no to something, and it felt great!
