Amy, I would have to say that a sure fire way to bring me to life is through music. I love music! If it isn’t music then it’s being with friends who inspire me or reading a really good book.

Moving in any way, or place, my blessed body (yoga, walk, sex, workout, biking, dancing).
Communing with family and friends….laughter and deep conversation bring me to the core of life
FOOD! Learning to eat living, whole foods have made me feel alive in a new and inspiring way. These same activities fueled by junk just don’t make me feel quite the same….but these activities fueled by veggies, fruits, whole grains and lots of pure H2O inspire my life!!!
