The Wake-Up Call Show: A Resolution Solution (VIDEO)

Dear One,

Can you believe January is almost half over!? My word, does time go fast.

In my experience as a life coach for over 15 years, I’ve found this is about the time that New Year’s Resolutions begin to fail. Ugh! So I made you a short video that highlights a resolution solution. Click below to watch it!

I’d love for you to watch the video and leave a comment about who you want to become in 2015.

Sending love for an incredible New Year,

P.S. I wanted to also make sure you don’t miss the New Year Activation Call that I co-led with Christine Arylo last night. On the call, we teach even more about how to create your Stand & Power Mantra for the New Year and how to ensure your Inner Mean Girl doesn’t hijack your year. It’s called;

3 Secrets to Creating a Year You Love
Create Your 2015 from Your Inner Wisdom, Not Your Inner Mean Girl

We’re doing an encore of the call this Saturday, Jan.17th, and you’re invited to join us live or receive the recording later.

GO HERE to sign up for the 2015 Activation Call or to grab the recording!

Yes, I’m with Noelle! This year my word is Expansion, opening up to new possibilities, stretching myself creatively, taking action steps (15 minutes minimum every morning) toward fulfilling my deepest creative desires. Can’t wait to see what Spirit has in store this year!

  2. Marlene says:

My word is freedom — I want to enjoy new freedoms in regards to how I spend my time, the freedom of journeying to places I want to see, and freedom in my spirit. In regards to that third type of freedom, I envision divesting myself of all the thought patterns and emotional baggage that doesn’t serve me any more (and maybe never has). Freedom… freedom…beautiful freedom in my actions, circumstances, and spirit.

  3. Tricia says:

The Truth of Who I Am. And in the process rediscover fun, joy and what brings me bliss! Call out that Rejection Queen and turn her into my cheerleader!

  4. Linda Schaeffer says:

Well, listening to the video turned out to be very interesting! I tuned in to see your smiley face & hear your cheery voice but listening twice to the video made me rethink my word of the year for 2015, “surrender”. It’s not going to be the “surrender” the wicked witch wanted from Dorothy but more allowing the sacred flow from Divine guidance. You gave me clarity and helped me fine tune my intention for the year. I feel less likely to cave to the voice “you’ll never succeed.” In other news, I am now out of the boot from breaking my leg at my daughter Amy’s wedding last Oct. in Tahoe & have new resolve to move more & be healthier! Yippee!!! xo

  5. Melanie says:

    Two things: self-love and mindfulness.

  6. Joanne says:

Thank you for the nudge, Amy! Been giving this so much thought. My word for 2015 is SELF-ESTEEM. I realize that I have all the talent, abundance and joy I will ever need, if I can acknowledge that I am worth it all….xoxo

  7. kim says:

    my mantra for the ye

trust – let go – allow

trust that everything is exactly how it is suppose to be
let go of the need to control the outcome/my perception of the outcome
allow the universe to do her thing!!

    oh, the other one:
    “Let God Surprise You!”

    xxoo

  8. Carol says:

    Hi, Amy,
    “Power mantra”… love it.

Watching this helped me rethink my resolutions. I had them framed in a very rigid, disciplinarian context (because I tend to be quite ADD/disorganized/procrastinating, I think that’s what I need in order to succeed). But, that approach is restrictive and punitive and not at all fun or joyful.

Thank you for shining some light in the dark places and helping me rethink how to approach my vision and goals for the year. I can say that now my mantras are Self-Love and Authenticity. I’ve been “putting up with” mean-girl behavior from both myself (aimed at myself) and a “friend” for far too long, and I’m seeing that those struggles are really preventing me from creating, growing, and thriving. Time for clearing, and letting in even more light and love.

    Power mantra. Yes.
Wishing you the best year ever.

  9. Rachel says:

I am hoping for a year of creative expansion and plan to experiment with various art forms in order to grow spiritually.

  10. Paragraph writing is also a fun, if you be familiar with after that you
can write if not it is complicated to write.

  11. The 2 dogs were left in a house by them selves for a barbour outlet full summer.
